Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every Hosperly account starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No card is required to start and billing only begins when the trial ends.

What’s included in the plan?

There is one plan and it includes everything: channel distribution to 50+ OTAs, guest operations, AI and automation, reporting and owner statements, and support. Only the per-property price changes with volume.

Can I change my number of properties later?

Yes. Add properties any time and they are prorated to the day on your next invoice; removals take effect at the start of the next billing period. When your count crosses a tier, the lower per-property price applies to your whole portfolio automatically.

Do you charge booking fees?

No. Hosperly charges a 0% booking fee on both OTA and direct reservations, so your cost never grows with your revenue.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.

Do you offer custom pricing for large portfolios?

Yes. For portfolios with more than 100 properties, we provide custom pricing based on portfolio size and setup requirements.
